KafClaw Documentation
KafClaw is a Go-based agent runtime with three practical deployment modes:
local: personal assistant on one machinelocal-kafka: local runtime connected to Kafka/group orchestrationremote: headless gateway reachable over network (token required)
Ecosystem
- KafScale (github.com/kafscale, kafscale.io): Kafka-compatible and S3-compatible data plane used for durable event transport and large artifact flows in agent systems.
- Scalytics Copilot (github.com/scalytics/ScalyticsCopilot): Apache 2.0-licensed open-source operations stack for private AI inference with open models, providing OpenAI-compatible APIs, hardware monitoring, and management for GenAI workloads.
- KafClaw: runtime and coordination layer for local, Kafka-connected, and remote/headless agents.
- KafGraph (github.com/scalytics/KafGraph): shared knowledge graph for agents. It runs as a KafScale processor and reads the KafClaw group topics.
- kafSIEM (github.com/scalytics/kafSIEM): entity graph over Kafka agent traffic and OSINT feeds. KafClaw agents are one of its inputs.
- kshark-core (github.com/scalytics/kshark-core): Kafka connectivity diagnostics, and an example of how agents can use our tools to debug Kafka clusters.
- infinimesh (infinimesh.org): self-hosted IoT device platform. Its Kafka addon streams device data to Kafka or KafScale.
All projects are listed at scalytics.io/open-source. For governed AI agents on Kafka with commercial support, see Lascaris.
